Cookie Policy
Last updated: 18 March 2026
Strictly necessary
RequiredRequired to deliver the platform you have asked us to provide. PECR Regulation 6(4) exempts these from prior-consent requirements. Disabling them breaks login and security.
Analytics
OptionalAnonymous usage telemetry to help us prioritise fixes and roadmap. Off by default; set only after you accept the banner. PII is scrubbed before data leaves our infrastructure.
Functional
OptionalRemember your interface preferences across sessions. Off by default; set only after you accept the banner. Never shared with third parties.
What are cookies
Cookies are small text files written to your device when you visit a website. We also use related browser-storage technologies (localStorage, sessionStorage) which are governed by the same rules under PECR 2003 Regulation 6 and UK GDPR Article 6.
How we use them
Three purposes only: authentication and security (strictly necessary), anonymous product analytics (consent), and remembering your interface settings (consent). We do not use cookies for advertising, cross-site tracking, or profiling of any kind.
How to change your choice
The cookie banner appears on first visit and again whenever the policy materially changes. To revisit it, open Settings > Privacy in the product, or clear your cookie consent cookie. Browser-level controls (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) override the banner — disabling strictly-necessary cookies will sign you out.
Third parties
Our analytics processor stores data in the EEA under an Article 28 DPA. No advertising networks. No social-media trackers. No session-replay vendors. The full sub-processor list is at /privacy/sub-processors.
Retention
Strictly necessary cookies expire at end of session, or after 7 days if you tick "remember me" on login. Analytics events are anonymised after 24 months. Functional preferences persist until you clear them or close your account.
