Knowledge Base

The trainee left.
The knowledge stayed.

Firm-tenant retrieval over your firm's own strategies, templates and outcomes. Indexed, never trained on. Tenant-scoped, never cross-firm. The supervising solicitor signs off every reuse.

Your firm's knowledge, retrievable

Six capabilities — all firm-isolated, all indexed without ever being used to train an AI, all reviewable by the supervising solicitor.

Firm memory

Strategies, outcomes and precedents from your firm's own matters indexed and retrievable. Never trained on, never shared cross-firm.

Matter-bound search

Retrieval scoped to your firm's tenant. Describe the situation in plain English; the AI surfaces cited internal precedents.

Template library

Firm-approved templates under version control. Each version is audit-logged; supersession is explicit.

Cross-matter signal

Surface related matters in the same practice area so the supervising solicitor can spot prior reasoning. Always cited, always reviewable.

Fee-earner expertise map

Surface who in the firm has handled similar matters. Routes work to the right person; respects confidentiality walls.

Index, not training

Your firm's data is indexed for retrieval, never used to train any model. UK GDPR Art 28/30 processing terms apply.

How It Works

Step 01

Work the matter

Strategies, outcomes and templates are captured from normal use. No separate tagging step. Every entry is audit-logged.

Step 02

Search in plain English

Describe the situation. The model surfaces cited internal precedents from within your firm's tenant — never cross-firm.

Step 03

Apply, with the solicitor's sign-off

Reuse prior reasoning where appropriate. The supervising solicitor reviews and adapts before the work reaches a client.

Data Protection

LawFuze processes personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Customer data is stored in the UK on Microsoft Azure (UK South region). AI inference uses named sub-processors in the EU and US; where data flows outside the UK/EEA we rely on ICO International Data Transfer Agreements (IDTAs) supported by published Transfer Risk Assessments — treat IDTA execution as an in-progress control until each is signed and filed. The current sub-processor list and IDTA status of each is published on our sub-processor register.
